About the League

The Sunnyside Summer League is a high school-run summer program that brings together youth soccer players and high school athletes, fostering growth and teamwork. With our assistance, high school teams manage the league, using it as a fundraiser for their soccer programs.

League Details

– Game Format: Each team will play 4 games—this league focuses on games only, no practices.

– Coaching: High school players and parent volunteers will step up as coaches, offering guidance and encouragement on the field.

– Refereeing: Matches will be officiated by high school players, creating a dynamic, youth-driven environment.

Exciting Features

– Older Teams (U10 & U12): The league culminates in a thrilling Jamboree-style championship week, where players can showcase their skills in a fun and competitive atmosphere.

– Younger Teams (U8 & U6): To emphasize fun and development, scores and standings won’t be tracked—it’s all about fostering love for the game.

Supporting Our Community

Proceeds from the league will go directly to your high school soccer program, helping them thrive and continue shaping the next generation of athletes. Your participation not only provides a great experience for young players but also contributes to the growth of the sport locally.

Age groups: Boys and Girls 2019s-2011s

Program Highlights:

Soccer-Specific Technical Development: Daily training focuses on improving essential soccer skills such as dribbling, passing, shooting, and more.

Develops Coordination, Motor Skills, and Agility: Our activities are designed to enhance coordination, motor skills, and agility, which are applicable to all sports.

Specific Training Themes Daily: Each day of camp features a specific training theme to ensure comprehensive skill development and progression.

Fun and Friendships: Campers will make new friends and create lasting memories while enjoying the game they love.

ALBION JUNIORS FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS 

Program Highlights:

• Engaging soccer-related games for improved skills and enjoyment.

• Expert coaches guiding through ball control and technique exercises.

• Introduction to soccer fundamentals: rules, teamwork, sportsmanship.

• Every Friday 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Buchanan High School
   

Program Details:

• Age Group: 4-12-year-olds (divided by age)

• Cost:$50/Month (A one-time registration fee of $25 will be charged, and this fee covers the cost of a jersey and shorts)

With the guidance of our esteemed ALBION SC Staff, we are committed to providing action-packed sessions that will ignite your child's passion for soccer while helping them master essential skills in a fun and supportive atmosphere. As existing parents, you already know the magic of the beautiful game and the countless benefits it brings to our little athletes.

Here's what your players can look forward to:

• Fun soccer-related games: Our sessions will be filled with engaging games that not only entertain but also help improve their soccer abilities.

• Skills and touches on the ball: Our experienced coaches will guide them through various drills and exercises to enhance their ball control and technique.

• Basics of the game: We'll introduce your children to the fundamental aspects of soccer, including rules, teamwork, and sportsmanship.

Schedule: Every Friday night

Timing: 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM

Age Group: 4-12-year-olds ( Divided according to age groups)

Cost: $50/Month (A one-time registration fee of $25 will be charged, and this fee covers the cost of a jersey and shorts)

Requirements: All players must bring a size 3 or 4 soccer ball and a water bottle.
