ALBION Junior Development program is a stepping stone for our U8 players who are looking to play soccer in a Fun, organized, structured, professional environment with experienced and licensed coaches. This is a program designed for players who may have little or no experience in playing soccer. This is a year around program offered in both the fall and the spring.

Albion Junior Development program is centered on a sound philosophy for developing technical and tactical skills that are age appropriate. Players are introduced to the habits, productive attitudes, and highest playing standards required to become a well-rounded athlete. In these age groups, teams are trained to constantly develop their technical, tactical, physical, and mental skills. In addition to basic skills and understanding, players will learn to create opportunities for themselves and others by learning to play as part of a team. Our goal is to grow the player to be able to move up in age to play in a more competitive league.
